Calummalab is an amateur exotic animals breeding facility located in northeastern Italy. This is just a hobby for us, not a job, and even if we perform it at the highest level, we cannot emit tax invoice to companies.
Reservations and payments
In the
'Available' section you can reserve breeds you're interested in: by using this information system we can handle your requests better.
30% deposit is required to confirm you orders; for reservations that take more than one month long you must pay the full amount.
If an animal is not picked up by 12 o'clock at the day of the show, it will be put up for sale and all money are lost.
We accept fair exchanges with geckos, chameleons and ball pytons: if you have something interesting, please let us know.
Shipping
Animals shipping is forbidden in Italy, except for cargo transfers between airports wich cost about 150€.
Animals can be delivered by hand at trade fairs or in the north-eastern Italy.
We can ship internationally for orders of 1000€ or more: costs depend on buyer's country.
Warranty
We offer a 48-hours warranty on the delivered animals, if for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us to solve the problem.
Whenever there will be a problem with an animal and we will not be warned within 48 hours, we will not take any responsibility.
For international orders we cannot apply this warranty because we will not take any responsibility for failure to deliver or animal's death.
